SEEING THE WHOLE PICTURE
Where divorce planning
and mortgage decisions meet.
Divorce and mortgage financing are closely connected. A decision about real estate in a settlement agreement can shape the financing options available after the divorce is final.
I bring mortgage knowledge and an understanding of how divorce and family law intersect with real estate financing. Working with you and your divorce team, I help align mortgage financing strategies with your settlement goals, with an eye toward opportunities to secure financing after the decree.
The goal is to consider these questions as part of the planning process, so you can make informed decisions about your home and your future.
A THOUGHTFUL APPROACH TO TRANSITION
Supporting a more
peaceful path forward.
I hold the Certified Amicable Divorce Professional (CADP) designation and serve as a board member for the Amicable Divorce Network (ADN).
As a CADP and ADN member, I partner with divorce professionals who respect your choice to divorce peacefully. The CADP designation focuses on the full life cycle of a divorce, deepening my understanding of how to support clients through a process that is low conflict, child focused, and efficient.
That perspective shapes how I work: with attention to the financial questions, the people involved, and the life you are working toward.

WHY DIVORCE MORTGAGE HELP EXISTS
A gap in the process.
A reason to make a difference.
While working with divorcing homeowners, I saw a gap in support for people trying to navigate the mortgage assumption process. They were facing unfamiliar paperwork and underwriting questions, often without a mortgage loan originator involved to help them prepare.
I founded Divorce Mortgage Help as a consultative service to help address that need: practical guidance with the application, documentation, and questions that can arise along the way.
If you’re unsure whether an assumption may be an option, we can start by discussing your situation and the questions to raise with your servicer. Availability depends on your loan and the servicer’s requirements; an approval is never guaranteed.
